Jeffrey Dahmer confessed to killing 17 people and pled insanity after police found 11 mutilated bodies in his apartment.
Two months ago Mrs. Cleveland, one of Dahmers neighboors, contacted police officers to report that there was a “butt-naked” young man in the middle of the street at 25th and State. Mrs. Cleveland said that the boy was very bruised and looked as though he had been beaten. She insisted that the boy needed help and informed them that he couldn’t even stand. The dispatcher speaking with Mrs. Cleveland transferred her call to the fire department and assured her that they would send an ambulance.
